Summer upgrade for the French in Manchester
The French by Simon Rogan at The Midland Hotel in Manchester is planning a significant upgrade at the restaurant during a brief summer closure to take place in August 2015.
To accommodate an ever-increasing demand and expectation from its guests, The French will undertake a series of design and space improvements that will enhance the overall restaurant experience.
The enhancements will include:
A small lounge area for pre- and post-dining drinks and coffee
Private ladies’ and gents’ facilities connected to the restaurant
Additional seating within the restaurant, featuring a bespoke central banquette, increasing the overall accommodation by four tables and up to 15 spaces, creating a more intimate environment
A new entrance to the restaurant, accessed directly from the foyer of the hotel
Commenting on these significant and vital changes at The French, Simon Rogan said: “This is a very exciting development for the restaurant’s future growth and the comfort of its customers.
