The Food
Showcasing Adam’s creative culinary talents, the menu offers modern British food that delivers consistently excellent flavours, using the best seasonal produce available. Tapping into childhood memories the food is in touch with the terroir of the north west and aims to show our great region in all its glory.
Adam’s menu is named the ‘Signature’ and consists of 12 servings. The menu offers little other than to let you know what the main element of the dish will be, our chefs then finish and describe the dishes table side.
